Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. ## Description Prologis is seeking a Development Manager for our New York/New Jersey market. This position is responsible for managing development activities for land and building developments including entitlements, design, and construction of ground-up industrial/logistics facilities in those markets. The position requires a high degree of communication, energy, enthusiasm, technical competence, and professionalism. The position is preferred to reside in our East Rutherford, NJ office and interact daily with Prologis development, capital deployment, and leasing teams. The position reports to the VP, Development Officer.
