The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of SAP technical expertise, project leadership, requirements management, solution coordination, technical troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be capable of working closely with business stakeholders while providing technical direction to SAP engineering and implementation teams., * 15+ years of IT experience with strong SAP experience. * Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA and/or S/4HANA. * Proven experience leading SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects. * Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, database concepts, Basis, ABAP, integrations, and data migration. * Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion is highly preferred. * Strong requirements gathering and business-to-technical translation skills. * Experience managing SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and production support/hypercare. * Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience managing global onshore/offshore technical teams. * Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills. Good-to-Have Skills * SAP Activate methodology. * SAP BTP / Integration Suite / CPI. * SAP Fiori / UI5. * SAP BW/4HANA. * HANA performance tuning and optimization. * SAP RISE / cloud migration experience. * Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and RFC integrations. * PMP and/or SAP certification.
