## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.
 * 7+ years of Information Systems experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft operating systems.
 * Comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, printing, and application support.
 * Strong critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Effective and professional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
 * Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and strategic thinking.
 * Strong commitment to customer service, ownership, and timely issue resolution.
 * Ability to identify and recommend technology solutions that support digital transformation.

Preferred Technical Experience

 * Mobile device management: Intune, Jamf, or Mosyle
 * RMM platforms: NinjaOne, Kaseya, or SuperOps
 * XDR/security platforms: SentinelOne or Sophos
 * Firewalls: Fortinet or equivalent
 * Networking: HP Aruba, InstantOn, or Ubiquiti
 * VoIP systems: Zoom, Cisco, or Teams
 * Ticketing platforms: Jira, Zendesk, or Freshworks

## Description

* Lead desktop and help desk support, ensuring timely resolution of technology issues.
 * Administer and support Microsoft 365, including users, groups, permissions, policies, printing, updates, and alerts.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues; prioritize incidents and document resolutions.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, network equipment, printers, scanners, TVs, and other peripherals.
 * Monitor systems and respond promptly to security, performance, and usability concerns.
 * Support cybersecurity, fraud prevention, backups, and data-protection processes.
 * Maintain surveillance cameras, video conferencing, phone systems, and door-entry systems, including DoorKing, ButterflyMX, and Amazon Key.
 * Manage IT hardware, software, and equipment assets.
 * Coordinate with vendors and coworkers to resolve technology issues.
 * Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions for new or upgraded systems.
 * Develop and maintain IT procedures, standards, and documentation.
 * Integrate technology into new construction projects.
 * Partner with owners to address IT needs, including occasional onsite support at personal residences.
