Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS Next, Jama Connect, Polarion, or similar platforms. * Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, or equivalent SysML modeling environments. * Familiarity and exposure to the Ansys engineering tool suite, including STK. * Familiarity with configuration management and engineering change processes. * Understanding of requirements verification and validation planning. * Experience organizing technical documentation and maintaining engineering baselines. * Familiarity with digital engineering methodologies and lifecycle traceability from initial concept design to verification and validation. * Exposure to spacecraft, satellite payloads, ground systems, mission operations, or other complex hardware/software systems. * Experience using Git, Jira, Confluence, or similar engineering collaboration tools. * Working knowledge of systems engineering standards such as ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288, INCOSE systems engineering practices, or the NASA Systems Engineering Handbook. * Demonstrated ability to learn new engineering tools and processes quickly while supporting multiple technical teams.
