May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. Minimum Skills: * Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail. * Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner. * Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately * Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. * High-pressure decision-making during network outages and during critical project deadlines may require strong problem-solving capabilities and stress management skills., * Deep knowledge of systems engineering, network configurations, and administrative practices in large-scale or high-stakes environments. * Proven experience supervising cross-functional teams in multi-shift or complex technical operations. * Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques using advanced diagnostic tools to resolve IT and networking challenges effectively. * Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage in policy-level discussions and advise on technology budgeting., * Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office. * May require lifting and carrying computer or networking equipment (e.g., servers and routers) weighing up to 50 pounds. * Frequent use of tools, cables, and other equipment to perform installations and repairs. * Ability to move around technical spaces, such as server rooms or data centers, which may involve bending, kneeling, or climbing ladders. * Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time. * Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position. * May require working in high-security areas under strict access controls due to sensitive information or classified materials. * Compliance with security clearances and monitoring systems is mandatory. * Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace. * Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen. * May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays. * May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes. * May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours. ## Description The Network Specialist, SME will provide expert-level technical guidance, lead strategic network operations, and administer comprehensive network systems solutions for our client. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security across LAN, MAN, and WAN systems.
