## About the Role

Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

 * Required Education: HS Diploma Preferred Education: 2yr Degree
 * Work Experience:
 + Two (2) years as an IT Technician
 * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 + Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.
 + Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
 + Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.
 * Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
 + Valid certification in at least one of the following: Network+ or Cisco Network Systems.
 * Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
 * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
 * Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
 * Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

## Description

* Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino's IT infrastructure systems' needs.
 * Will provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.
 * Build and install computers as needed.
 * Perform regular maintenance on computers as required per schedules.
 * Complete daily work duty detail log
 * Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
