Not just using them but also configuring them. * Solid Windows 10/11 and iOS troubleshooting skills * Working understanding of identity concepts: authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, device join states * Basic networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP * Ability to work independently and know when to escalate * Sound judgment about verifying requests before acting on them * An associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, management information systems, or a related field; Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, AZ-104); or equivalent demonstrated knowledge * PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration * Experience in a small IT team where you owned a broad scope * Experience supporting international offices * Familiarity with logistics, customs brokerage, or a similarly regulated industry ## Description Scarbrough Global is looking for a motivated person to join our IT Department. Scarbrough runs on a small but mighty IT team supporting offices across the US, Mexico, Canada, and the Netherlands. This role is the first point of contact for everyone in the company for technology issues and the person who keeps our Microsoft 365 environment running day to day. You'll spend most of your time resolving user issues, and part of your time owning operational work in Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online. What You'll Do: User Support * Own the support queue: intake, triage, resolution, and follow-up * Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, network devices, printing, and mobile devices * Handle account lifecycle work: onboarding, offboarding, group and license management * Support users across multiple time zones and locations, primarily remotely * Keep tickets documented well enough that someone else can pick up where you left off Endpoint and Device Management * Provision, image, and deploy laptops and mobile devices through Intune and Autopilot * Maintain device compliance and remediate non-compliant devices * Manage application deployment and updates * Track hardware inventory and manage the device lifecycle through retirement Microsoft 365 Operations * Day-to-day administration in Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams * Mail flow troubleshooting and message trace * Support MFA and passwordless authentication for users * Assist with Teams Phone configuration and call routing changes Security Support * Serve as first responder for reported phishing and suspicious activity, escalating when needed * Verify identity before performing any credential, MFA, or access change * Support endpoint security tooling and password management platform administration * Follow established security procedures and flag gaps when you find them Documentation * Build and maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and end-user guides * Document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to rediscover it ## Related Videos - [An Applied Introduction to eBPF with Go](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1075-an-applied-introduction-to-ebpf-with-go) - [Passkeys: Truly Phishing-Resistant?
