## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL mit IT-Schwerpunkt) oder eine anerkannte Berufsausbildung (Fachinformatiker, IT-Kaufmann) mit entsprechender Schwerpunktsetzung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
 * 2-3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im IT Service Management oder Asset Management
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise, um komplexe Asset-Bestände transparent zu machen
 * Betrieb und Wartung von ITSM-Tools wie ServiceNow, Opentext oder Flexera sowie erste Erfahrung in der Optimierung von ITSM-Tools vorteilhaft
 * Grundkenntnisse in SQL/PowerShell für Datenabfragen wünschenswert

## Description

* Erstellung, Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Erfassung, Klassifizierung und Pflege von IT-Software-Assets über deren gesamten Lebenszyklus
 * Sicherstellung von Vollständigkeit und Datenqualität aller IT-Software-Assets
 * Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung der Asset-Management-Tools (ServiceNow, Flexera, Opentext) inkl. automatisiertem Scanning und Discovery
 * Begleitung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Fragen zu Asset-Daten
 * Abstimmung und Beratung zu Prozess- und Schnittstellenanforderungen zwischen den beteiligten Fachbereichen
