## Description

* Du unterstützt Anwender national und international - telefonisch, per Remote-Support und bei Bedarf vor Ort
 * Du bearbeitest, analysierst und dokumentierst Supportfälle und Störungen
 * Du entwickelst Ideen zur Optimierung von Supportprozessen und hältst die Knowledge Base aktuell
 * Komplexere Tickets koordinierst du gemeinsam mit dem 3rd Level
 * Du betreust das IT-Equipment über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von Auswahl und Beschaffung über Inventarisierung und Wartung bis zur Ausmusterung
 * Du bewertest neue IT-Systeme und Lösungen und begleitest deren Auswahl und Einführung
 * Du sorgst dafür, dass die Mitarbeitenden mit zuverlässigen, leistungsfähigen und modernen IT-Arbeitsplätzen arbeiten können
