## About the Role

* At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the field of Embedded Software Development.
 * Proven track record in successfully implementing and applying Scrum practices in technical teams.
 * Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

 * Gool understanding of embedded systems development, including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
 * Experience with the unique challenges of embedded development, such as limited resources, real-time requirements, and hardware constraints.

Soft Skills:

 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and support a team.
 * Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Language Proficiency:

 * Fluent in English or German, written and spoken. German up to B2 , C1 level is must
