## Description

* Administration, Betrieb und Fehleranalyse von CyberArk-Umgebungen (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).

 * Verwaltung von privilegierten Accounts und Plattformen sowie Onboarding von Zielsystemen.

 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests, proaktive Problemlösung und Root-Cause-Analysen.

 * Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur-, Applikations- und ggf. Drittanbieter-Teams bei Integrationen.

 * Unterstützung bei Patches, Upgrades und neuen CyberArk-Implementierungen.

 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Auditvorgaben sowie Pflege der technischen Dokumentation.
