IT Veränderungsprozess. Wir klären die Voraussetzungen, greifen auf erprobte Methoden und Best Practice Ansätze zurück und begleiten den Kulturwechsel im Unternehmen. Gleichzeitig steuern wir den Prozess der Migration und binden andere Dienstleister ein. Wir begleiten unsere Kunden über die Migration in die neue Infrastruktur hinaus, mit Reviews und weiterer Optimierung.
