 * Auf- und Abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Vor-Ort-Entstörung und Anwenderunterstützung
 * Installation, Betankung und sichere Löschung von Notebooks
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
 * Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Einweisung von IT-Equipment und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Technische Betreuung von Präsenz- und Remote-Veranstaltungen (z. B. Skype, Webex)
 * Inventarisierung sowie Pflege von Hard- und Softwarebeständen
