 * Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B

## Description

* Bereitstellung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hardware und IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Durchführung von Arbeitsplatzumzügen sowie Auf- und Abbau von Hardware
 * Fehleranalyse und Entstörung von Hard- und Software im Anwendersupport
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Fragen und IT-Problemen
 * Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Entstörung mobiler Endgeräte (MDM)
 * Abwicklung von Garantiefällen und Koordination von Reparaturen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebs- und Systemdokumentationen
 * Unterstützung im LAN-, VPN-, TK- und Rechenzentrumsumfeld
 * Inventarisierung sowie Austausch und Patchen von IT-Hardware
 * Begleitung externer Dienstleister und Mitwirkung an IT-Rollouts
