 - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
 - Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
 - Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

## Description

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget, Qualität und Ressourcen

 - Steuerung weiterer Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte, beispielsweise im Umfeld von Controlling, Konstruktions-, oder angrenzenden Unternehmensanwendungen
 - Projektleitung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Dokumentenmanagementsystems
 - Koordination interner Fachbereiche, Key User sowie externer Dienstleister und Implementierungspartner
 - Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
 - Durchführung von Workshops, Projektmeetings und Statusberichten für Management und Stakeholder
 - Identifikation und Steuerung von Projektrisiken sowie Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Projektabschlusses
 - Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen
 - Flexible und familienfreundliche Möglichkeiten der Arbeitszeitgestaltung (mobiles Arbeiten, Arbeitszeitkonto und Gleitzeit)
