## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur / Systemadministration
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure)
 * Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (Hyper-V) sowie idealerweise mit Server- und Storage-Systemen
 * Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
 * Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke in einem internationalen Umfeld
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
 * Vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse in Linux (Ubuntu) oder Erfahrung mit spezialisierten Anwendungen (z. B. Solidworks EPDM)
 * Betreuen und Entwickeln unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Azure)
 * Sicherstellen des stabilen und sicheren Betriebs unserer Systeme inkl. Virtualisierung sowie Server- und Storage-Technologien
