 * Bewertung bestehender Lösungen gegenüber Microsoft- und Marktalternativen
 * Erstellung von TCO-/Business Cases und Verhandlungsszenarien
 * Entwicklung einer Strategie für die Microsoft-Vertragsverlängerung
 * Unterstützung bei strategischen Sourcing- und Portfolioentscheidungen
