Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig., * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Vorerfahrung im IT-Support

 * Gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen
 * Lösungsorientierte und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden
 * Führerschein
 * Gültige ZUP - für diese Position zwingend erforderlich
 * Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
 * Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse auf C1-C2-Niveau

## Description

In Deiner Rolle unterstützt Du die IT vor Ort, betreust Hard- und Softwarelösungen und bist Ansprechpartner:in bei technischen Störungen und Fachfragen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Deinem Team zusammen und dokumentierst Deine Arbeitsschritte nachvollziehbar.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Eigenständige Analyse von Störungen in der IT-Landschaft und Entwicklung passender Lösungen
 * Beantwortung von Fachfragen und Unterstützung im IT-Support
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeitsschritte im Team
 * Lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden und Anwendern vor Ort
