 * Entgegennahme, Analyse, Dokumentation und Lösung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen über das ITSM-System, per Telefon, E-Mail oder vor Ort
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Notebooks, PCs, mobilen Endgeräten und weiterer IT-Hardware
 * Betreuung des IT-Hardwarebestands inklusive Bestellungen, Warenannahme, Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Inventarisierung
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Tickets, Assets, Geräten und weiteren relevanten Informationen im ITSM-System
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und weiteren IT-Projekten sowie Mitarbeit in Expertenteams
