 * Analyse bestehender Prozesse und fachlicher Anforderungen im Gesundheitswesen
 * Begleitung von Implementierungen, Pilotprojekten und Rollouts
 * Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Präsentationen für Anwender und Key User
 * Analyse von Nutzungsdaten und KPIs sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
 * Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback an interne Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams
 * Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Anwendungen und Kundenprozessen
