## Description

* Unsere Kunden haben IT-Probleme und es dreht sich um Oracle oder SQL Themen? Dann bist du gefragt!
 * Du agierst als fachkundige Ansprechperson und erste Anlaufstelle für Anwender:innen und Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um Datenbanksysteme.
 * Du analysierst und behebst Störungen im Datenbank- und Serverumfeld.
 * Hier nimmst du eingehende IT-Störungen in unser Ticketsystem auf und priorisierst sie nach Schwere und Vordringlichkeit.
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Storage-Lösungen, Virtualisierung und Backup-Systemen runden dein Profil ab.
