You'll engage with systems that sit outside the typical AWS product suite, expanding your technical breadth with every interaction. You'll also be a voice for continuous improvement - championing automation, documenting solutions, and mentoring teammates who are earlier in their journey. Your technical curiosity and drive to understand how things work at the deepest level will be your greatest asset as you navigate the thousands of variables that impact our supply chain and infrastructure delivery. A day in the life You start by triaging ticket queues, ensuring SLAs are met across both internal and partner service teams. A complex escalation arrives - you dive deep, leveraging your Linux expertise to pinpoint the root cause of a software-based issue and deliver a solution that prevents recurrence.
