## About the Role

* Active Top Secret clearance
 * Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
 * Strong experience developing and maintaining Ansible Playbooks and Roles
 * Experience with automation of infrastructure, systems, or application deployments
 * Experience troubleshooting and supporting Ansible automation environments
 * Strong Linux administration and scripting experience
 * Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical teams and customers
 * Red Hat or Ansible certifications are a plus

## Description

Mount Indie is seeking an experienced Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) Consultant to support a Red Hat consulting engagement, approximately 434 hours with potential for extension. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, and supporting automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform in a customer environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AAP and Ansible automation and can work independently in a consulting environment while collaborating with technical teams and customers.

Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
 * Develop and maintain Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and automation workflows
 * Configure and administer AAP components, including Automation Controller
 * Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational tasks
 * Troubleshoot and optimize existing Ansible automation and AAP environments
 * Collaborate with customer and technical teams to understand automation requirements and develop appropriate solutions
 * Document automation solutions, configurations, and processes
 * Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer related to Ansible automation
