operations on BESS equipment to ensure high availability and reliability.Install, commission, and start up BESS systems at customer sites.Troubleshoot and repair faults in battery systems, inverters, and associated control equipment.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.Inspect physical installation of BESS systems including wiring, terminations, grounding, and mechanical integrity.Program and configure system parameters to ensure proper integration and performance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational anomalies.Maintain accurate service logs and documentation of findings, repairs, and performance metrics.Assist in the development and refinement of maintenance protocols and safety procedures.Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Provide timely and detailed service reports to internal teams and clients.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with
