These individuals will serve as the face of IT for their assigned office, providing hands-on support to employees while helping maintain a high level of operational excellence across the company's technology environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent customer service and communication. This person should be capable of independently owning support requests from intake through resolution while partnering closely with the IT Engineering team when higher-level escalation is required. Duties & Responsibilities Include: - Deliver deskside and remote support for employees across the organization. - Manage and resolve support requests submitted through Freshservice, Slack, email, walk-ups, and other support channels. - Support Windows and Mac workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, and common business applications. - Maintain conference room technology, AV equipment, and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack. - Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, permissions, and device provisioning. - Perform IT asset management and support inventory tracking for office technology. - Collaborate with IT Engineers and other technical teams to ensure high-quality issue resolution and service delivery. - Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical process documentation. - Support IT compliance initiatives and educate employees on IT policies, security practices, and technology standards.
