SAP certifications and an advanced degree are a plus. Work Environment & Schedule: * Location: West Palm Beach, FL preferred, but geography is flexible for the right candidate. * Candidates should be comfortable traveling to operating-company locations as needed, with travel expected to be up to approximately 25%. * Occasional flexibility may be required around major SAP implementations, cutovers, significant releases, hypercare, or critical production issues., U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and those authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered. ## Description The company is undergoing a major enterprise-wide SAP transformation, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Release Management Manager to help establish and mature its internal SAP Center of Excellence. This role will serve as a key leader within the SAP service delivery organization, taking ownership of how changes move from development and testing into the live production environment. You'll have the opportunity to shape release governance, improve deployment processes, strengthen collaboration with DevOps and technical teams, and help establish scalable practices for a growing SAP environment.
