This position will help modernize digital services, automate internal processes, integrate departmental systems, and improve the reliability and usability of applications that support employees, residents, and municipal operations. The ideal candidate combines strong application-development experience with the ability to understand business requirements, work with legacy and modern technologies, and deliver secure, maintainable solutions in a structured public-sector environment.
