## About the Role

* Must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 12 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least 10 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and at least 8 years of relevant military / professional experience.
 * Experience with avionics systems integration.
 * Experience with USAF customer and platforms (aircraft).
 * Experience with HW/SW integration testing.
 * Must have the ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
 * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs., * Active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation.
 * Active Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
 * Experience with avionics integration on the B-2 platform.

 * Experience with software development.

 * Experience with cryptographic systems.
 * Experience in Weapons Certification.
 * Experience working with industry partners/suppliers.
 * Experience with ground support systems.
 * Experience with the full lifecycle of aircraft development, build, and operations.
 * Experience leading technical teams (technicians or engineers).

## Description

* Interface with Program Managers, SPO Customers, and Operational/Maintenance stakeholders on solution development
 * Coordinate with Avionics and Vehicle engineering teams on system design and aircraft layout concepts.
 * Perform requirements development, allocation, verification/validation planning and manage interface definition efforts.
 * Identify issues with technical approaches and collaborate with all stakeholders in solution development.
 * Provide on-site engineering representation at Whiteman Air Force Base.
 * Provide product support and maintainability analysis and forward planning technical solutions.
 * Document key requirements, interface control documents, and technical reports.
 * Ensure implementation of requirements aligns with operational and maintenance stakeholder intent.
