The SAP CX Solution Architect will work closely with clients to understand the purpose of the project, the business benefits that will be gained, and the functionality required to make the project successful. The CX Solution Architect is responsible for leading the discussions and decisions within C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 solutions . The Solution Architect is responsible for developing the overall solution direction while assisting and directing the technical team in delivering the recommended solution. The Solution Architect is involved in all phases of a project from discovery to go live; facilitating collaboration between the business and technology to ensure a clear understanding of the solution., * Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional requirements and documenting process flows * Design and configure solutions for implementing SAP CX C4C Sales and Service * Experience in designing and configuring integration points between CX C4C, Sales and Service Cloud V2 and S4 HANA, ECC.
