## About the Role

This is a great fit if you're early in your career, enjoy helping people, and are curious about how HR systems work. No deep IT background needed - if you're a dynamic, strong communicator who likes solving problems, we'll teach you the platform., * Some experience in customer support, HR, payroll, benefits admin, or a SaaS/application-support role (roughly 1-4 years - recent grads with strong service experience, we want to hear from you)

 * Interest in HR systems and how software helps businesses run - the functional side more than the deeply technical
 * Great communication skills - you can explain a feature clearly and make customers feel taken care of
 * Organized and calm juggling multiple requests; comfortable following a process and knowing when to escalate
 * Solid with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Nice to have (not required)

 * Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, or time-tracking systems
 * Experience with a support tool like Zendesk or Salesforce
 * High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus
