This person will manage the product backlog, prioritize business needs, and serve as the voice of the customer. They will also be partnering frequently with business and technology teams to define requirements, guide Agile delivery, and ensure products align with organization goals. Other key responsibilities include: * Own and prioritize the product backlog and review product features as they are developed * Lead Agile ceremonies to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done * Align business & technical stakeholders on product goals, roadmap, priorities, and customer value Manage changing priorities and cross-team dependencies aligned to OBPR and OKRs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
