## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

 * 1-3 years of experience in desktop/end-user IT support or a similar hands-on technical support role

 * Hands-on troubleshooting experience with laptops, Chromebooks, and/or Mac hardware

 * Experience on Windows 11 in end-user issue handling

 * Chrome OS knowledge

 * Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity troubleshooting

 * Software installation experience

 * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for logging and closing service requests

 * Experience with IT asset management / inventory tracking processes

 * Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with end users

 * Ability to lift/move IT equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals) as needed for asset allocation and recovery

## Description

We are looking for a On-Site IT Support Associate to provide hands-on, on-site support for the project, covering End User issue resolution and Asset allocation / Inventory management. The Associate will be the front-line point of contact for hardware and software issues, ensuring devices are properly configured, tracked, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities:

 * Attend to and troubleshoot issues related to assets - hardware and software.

 * Install and manage laptops, including operating system and hardware support.

 * Perform OS and application installation and troubleshooting.

 * Coordinate with the concerned team on user issues until resolution.

 * Maintain and update the asset inventory for project assets.

 * Allocate and recover assets - Chromebook, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.

 * Close Service Requests on ServiceNow.

 * Coordinate with vendors for resolution of hardware issues.

 * Coordinate with support teams for troubleshooting issues and during major incidents.
