 * Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, vSmart, vEdge)
 * Expertise in network security using Cisco ISE, firewalls/VPNs; Duo/Zero Trust exposure
 * CCNA certification; willingness to travel statewide in Virginia for onsite installs/troubleshooting
 * Proficiency with monitoring tools such as ThousandEyes, SolarWinds/PRTG, Splunk
 * Ability to perform field visits, hardware installations, and onsite support
 * Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
