Six months experience in planning, configuring, and administering enterprise computer system software, hardware and related components which includes performance optimization, utilization and monitoring; information security; and component connectivity. 2. Three years experience in planning and implementing infrastructure upgrades for enterprise computer system software and database management systems. 3. Three years experience in information systems analysis and design. 4. Three years experience in developing information technology policies or procedures. Responsibilities include evaluating project requests to ensure alignment with the agency's technical standards, coordinating with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT partners, configuring required infrastructure components, and producing thorough technical documentation. These materials serve as essential reference guides for the Maintenance and Support team as they manage ongoing operations for implemented solutions. A major role is the administration and advancement of the agency's Microsoft Azure cloud environment. Azure is central to the agency's long term technology strategy as we continue migrating workloads that support critical health and social service programs., Essential functions are fundamental, core functions common to all positions in the class series and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties for any one position in the class.
