## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience
 * 3+ years of account management, relationship management, or product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment
 * Hands-on EDI experience including data mapping and X12 transaction sets - this is a core requirement for the role
 * Demonstrated expertise with the NetSuite ERP system, including implementation or configuration experience
 * Working knowledge of supply chain technology and the retail/wholesale ecosystem
 * Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and partners
 * Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
 * Prior exposure to third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers preferred, * Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience
