Experience working in technology, software, SaaS, developer marketing, open-source, or technical communities is especially valuable., * 7-10+ years of marketing experience with a strong track record of hands-on campaign execution. * Experience in a Marketing Generalist, Integrated Marketing, Omnichannel Marketing, or similar position. * Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. * Strong Canva skills, including graphic design, presentations, promotional materials, and basic video editing. * Hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly campaign reporting, analytics, attribution, and performance measurement. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn marketing data into meaningful recommendations. * Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows. * Excellent writing, editing, communication, organization, and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment. * Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution. Nice to Have * Experience marketing within an open-source software ecosystem. * Experience marketing to developers, engineers, technical practitioners, or other technology-focused audiences. * B2B technology, SaaS, software, cloud, enterprise technology, or developer marketing experience. * Experience supporting open-source projects, developer programs, technical communities, foundations, industry consortiums, or ecosystem-driven initiatives. * Community-focused or member-based marketing experience. * Experience with Sprout Social or a similar social media management platform. * Experience supporting technology events, conferences, technical programs, or developer communities.
