The role administers Mac, Windows, and Linux devices through Fleet and manages Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian access. It also supports procurement, network upgrades, facilities technology, and the potential ownership of the global IT service desk., Loft Orbital's mission is to make space simple for organizations, and Loft IT's mission is to make work simple for employees. Our Golden office is growing, and we're looking for an IT Administrator to join our international IT team. You'll be the go-to person on the ground for our two Colorado sites, while contributing to IT activities across all of our offices worldwide. You'll focus most of your time on end-user support in office, with a path to owning our global IT service desk within your first six months. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has a customer-centric personality, and can translate technical problems into plain English. This is not an entry-level position, and there's plenty of room for mentorship to help you grow your technical chops!, Your time will be split across four main areas: Operational Support, Onboarding & Application Administration, Documentation, and AV support.
