Experience operating and supporting large-scale online services with significant customer and business impact. Experience with online advertising platforms, marketplaces, auction systems, search technologies, recommendation systems, commerce platforms, or other large-scale digital ecosystems. Experience leading incident response, root-cause investigations,
post-incident reviews, and operational excellence initiatives. Experience building or improving observability, monitoring, anomaly detection, telemetry, or operational health frameworks. Experience working with machine learning, AI-powered systems, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation technologies. Demonstrated ability to influence engineering, product, and business leaders without direct authority. Track record of driving measurable improvements in reliability, operational excellence, customer experience, or business outcomes. 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives spanning multiple organizations. Experience analyzing large-scale datasets and using data to drive technical and business decisions. Hands-on experience with SQL, analytics platforms, telemetry systems, or business intelligence tools. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizational boundaries. Solid written and verbal communication
skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences. Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
