Serve as the web application developer for a project to rewrite the user interface of the NC ECHO application for the Department of Public Health.

 - Redevelop the current Angular JS and Breeze-based UI using .NET, while maintaining existing data collection functionalities.
 - Utilize technical expertise in Angular JS, Breeze, C#, Microsoft IIS, .NET, and SQL for application development.
 - Apply agile or scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies in daily tasks.
