## Description

Responsible for design, maintenance, optimization, and quality inspection of fixtures for SMT production line (Surface Mount Technology, consumer electronics industry).
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure fixture reliability, improve yield, and improve fixture usage efficiency, reassuring PCB functionality during the SMT production process., 1. Fixture design: analyze and design fixture using CAD software and propose improvements to optimize production and fixture life expectancy.

 2. Fixture purachse: Work cross-functionally with other teams such as production and asset department, to verify vendors, validate new fixtures and enhance fixture inventory for mass production.
3.New fixture IQC (incoming quality control):Develop and implement SOPs for IQC procedures to validate samples from new vendors in order to meet the specification requirements for production.
4.Fixture diagnose and repair: ensure fixture performance, reduce maintenance costs, and prevent production down time.
