## About the Role

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience, * Must hold an active Secret security clearance and be eligible to acquire TS/SCI clearance in the future

 * BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 4 to 6+ years' experience in the field
 * Experience with Systems Engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
 * Ability to integrate software and troubleshoot issues for characterization
 * Strong communication skills
 * Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.
 * Experience with C++, Matlab or Python scripting

Preferred Skills and Education

 * Active Top Secret Clearance with TS/SCI clearance
 * Experience performing engineering activities in the development cycle including requirements, design & development, system integration and test.
 * Experience in performing software and systems integration and testing.
 * Experience in digital engineering and model-based systems engineering
 * Ability to integrate software and Knowledge of Linux containers
 * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence
 * Familiarity with RF/SIGINT applications.
 * Team player with proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment.
 * Experience with Agile development
 * Mainly On-site tasking for lab testing

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support their C4ISR business area in Hudson, NH. In this position you would:

 * Provide system engineering inputs for work products, which includes tasking in the development of requirements, design, integration and fielding of this capability.
 * Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering.
 * Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings.
 * Perform system integration and test per procedures.
 * Perform Data Analysis and scripting.
