This role will work directly with clinical and operational teams to deploy devices, validate workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and document migration outcomes across multiple healthcare campuses. Key Responsibilities * Perform Windows-to-IGEL device conversions and deployments. * Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshooting for end users. * Validate application and peripheral functionality before and after migration. * Troubleshoot issues related to scanners, cameras, signature pads, credit card readers, printers, and other peripherals. * Document successful conversions, exceptions, blockers, and remediation steps. * Support user data migration efforts involving OneDrive and SharePoint. * Work closely with Endpoint Engineering, Service Operations, and clinical stakeholders to resolve migration challenges. * Travel to various Houston facilities as required., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
