## About the Role

* At least 48 hours of college credit in technology/network related courses. Documented experience may be considered in lieu of college hours.
 * Prefer documented experience in computer repair, installation of technology equipment and software.
 * A working knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure

## Description

· Provide end user support while aiding the Network Engineers to maintain the district's technology, computer assets, and supporting staff in the use of technology.

· Complete work requests using support ticket system

· Prioritize work orders

· Assist Network Engineers with monitoring network

· Establish and maintain staff and student accounts

· Monitor HVAC online system and schedule as applicable

· Act as liaison between school and network engineers

· Follow purchasing guidelines and procedures for equipment and supplies

· Assist with website support and updates

· Maintain a positive working relationship with all administrators

· Manage technology fixed assets

· Assist with monitoring of internet safety and security

· Recommend technology cycled upgrades

· Act as point of contact for MDE

· Others duties assigned by supervisor
