## About the Role

* 2-5 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency setting

 * A portfolio showing range across social, web, and print work

 * Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience a plus

 * Understanding of print production basics (bleed, color modes, file prep) and web design fundamentals (responsive layout, basic UX principles)

 * Ability to take creative direction and brand guidelines and execute cleanly within them

 * Strong time management and communication skills for a fast-moving, multi-client environment

## Description

* Build web page layouts and design assets for client websites, working from content plans through to polished visuals

 * Design print collateral: brochures, signage, packaging, direct mail, and other physical deliverables

 * Support brand guide development and apply existing brand systems consistently across deliverables

 * Collaborate with design directors, account managers, strategists, and other team members to move projects from concept to final files

 * Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different clients and mediums

 * Prepare and package files for print vendors and web developers
