 * Experience with Microsoft Windows servers and MacOS.
 * Experience with managing (Azure) Active Directory.
 * Experience with AD, DNS, ADFS, Office 365.
 * Experience with VPN and Firewall technology.
 * Experience with Exchange and SharePoint.

## Description

* Manage and support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management and configuration.
 * Administer Windows and MacOS systems, including troubleshooting and software management.
 * Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and access.
 * Support DNS, ADFS, Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, VPN, and firewall issues.
 * Coordinate with ISPs and network providers for connectivity-related issues.
 * Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
 * Provide technical support for system, network, and access-related issues.
 * Assist with security, system updates, backups, and general IT infrastructure maintenance.
 * Use Jira Service Management/Atlassian tools for tracking and managing IT support requests.
