This role is a great fit for an IT professional with 1-3 years of experience who wants to continue developing their skills across desktop support, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, and systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys troubleshooting problems, and is comfortable learning new technologies.
