Position: IT Support Technician Compensation: $50,000 / Salary Location: Scribner Office - Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities: As an IT Support Technician, your primary responsibilities are to provide technical support, maintain system functionality, and ensure a seamless technology experience for internal staff across multiple locations. Here's what you'll be doing:Technical Support & Troubleshooting: * Provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. * Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office equipment. * Assist employees with login issues, system access, and application functionality. * Document support tickets and resolutions in the IT tracking system. System Maintenance & Administration: * Perform routine system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks. * Assist with user account setup, permissions, and system configurations. * Support the installation and configuration of new hardware and software. * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements. Network & Security Support: * Monitor basic network performance and escalate issues as needed. * Support cybersecurity best practices, including password resets, MFA setup, and security awareness. * Assist with maintaining secure access to company systems and applications.
