## About the Role

* Experience providing IT field support, desktop support, or comparable technical services.
 * Working knowledge of Windows environments, computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking.
 * Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues.
 * Strong customer-service, communication, and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently at customer locations and coordinate with remote support teams.
 * Ability to obtain required TSA suitability and facility access credentials
 * Federal IT support experience, airport environments, ServiceNow, and enterprise technology deployments.

## Description

Site Support Engineer: ReliaSource is seeking Site Support Engineers to provide hands-on IT support at TSA airports and other designated facilities. Engineers troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, maintain IT equipment, support technology deployments, and perform scheduled and on-demand field services. Depending on the assignment, Engineers may provide dedicated on-site support, recurring regional coverage, or part-time/on-call services across multiple TSA locations:

Diagnose Provide deskside support for TSA users, including troubleshooting computers, peripherals, mobile devices, connectivity, and related IT equipment.
Install, configure, repair, replace, and maintain enterprise IT hardware.
Perform Layer 1 network support, cabling, rack-and-stack activities, and other authorized IT touch labor.

 * Execute preventive maintenance, equipment refreshes, asset inventories, and installation, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities.
 * Respond to assigned incidents, service requests, and field dispatches within applicable service requirements.
 * Coordinate with TSA personnel, the FOCUS Single Point of Contact (SPOC), regional management, and remote engineering teams.
 * Document technical activities, equipment changes, and resolutions in TSA's designated IT service management system.
 * Travel among assigned TSA locations and provide regional backup coverage when required.
