Preferred Experiences: * Experience integrating with or extending generative AI / ML services and agentic architectures. * Experience with prompt engineering and developing or maintaining reusable AI skills, prompt libraries, or tool definitions for agentic systems. * Dynamics 365 / CRM integration experience. * Experience with testing automation, release management, and support/on-call practices. * Background in sales or quoting workflows. * Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate technical perspective and status to ensure shared understanding both upwards and downwards in the organization. * Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment while providing consistent application lifecycle management. ## Description Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. You'll take ownership of the UI, workflow, integrations, and data layer across an existing portfolio of AI tools - driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with our AI team, Business Solutions Lead, and product owners - while our AI team continues to own the underlying algorithm and model components. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment, take ownership from concept through production, and use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow.
