This individual will collaborate closely with engineering, development, operations, and leadership teams to maintain baseline integrity, ensure audit readiness, and support continuous improvement., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. * 2-4 years of experience in configuration management, release management, systems documentation, or related disciplines. * Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, trend analysis, and reporting. * Ability to create and maintain dashboards, metrics, performance indicators, and audit documentation. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for reporting and analysis. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. * Knowledge of configuration management principles, version control, change management, and documentation standards. This role ensures accurate configuration identification, change control, auditing, documentation, and release management across the system lifecycle.
